When and where is the CobbleStone Software 2024 User Conference taking place?

The conference is scheduled from October 16th to October 18th, 2024, and will be hosted at Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.

How can I register for the event?

You can register for the conference on the web form down below to secure your spot.

What is the registration fee for the conference?

Early bird registration is available until 6/14 for a discounted price of $1,195. After that, the regular registration fee of $1,395 applies. Each individual must complete a separate registration form. You will be invoiced by CobbleStone's accounting department for your registration.

Are there any group discounts available for registration?

Yes, we offer group discounts for teams of two or more. Contact our registration team at conference@cobblestonesoftware.com for more information on group rates.

What is included in the conference registration fee?

The ticket price includes access to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, networking events, cocktail hour, breakfast (2nd and 3rd day), lunch (2nd day), snacks provided throughout, and an opportunity to receive a CLE credit. Travel and lodging expenses are not included and must be covered by attendees.

Is there any justification letter available for the Conference?

Is there a recommended hotel for conference attendees?

Yes, we recommend staying at Caesars Palace Hotel, where the conference is being held. We have secured a special room rate for our attendees. Rooms cost $199/night with an additional resort fee of $49.95/night. To book a room at Caesars Palace with our discounted rate, click here.

Can I submit a proposal to speak at the conference?

Yes, we welcome speaker proposals. Please email conference@cobblestonesoftware.com with the subject line "User Conference 2024: Call for Speakers" with your proposal.

How can I become a sponsor at the conference?

If you are interested in sponsoring the event, please send an email to partners@cobblestonesoftware.com with a subject line "Sponsorship Opportunities" with your interest and we will get back to you with detailed information on sponsorship packages and benefits.

Will there be opportunities for networking at the conference?

Absolutely! We have planned various networking sessions and social events for attendees to connect with industry experts, peers, and CobbleStone Software representatives. Check the agenda for specific details.

Can I cancel or transfer my registration if my plans change?

Registration Terms: You will be invoiced by CobbleStone's accounting department for your registration. Each individual must complete a separate registration form. Cancellations by attendees may be subject to a 10% conference registration cancellation fee. Lodging and travel fees, such as hotel rooms and airfare, are not included in conference registration fees and are not the responsibility of CobbleStone Software. By registering, you agree to these terms. The agenda and event topics are subject to change. CobbleStone reserves the right to cancel or modify the dates or location of the conference with 15-days’ notice to registered participants.
