Contract Insights

CobbleStone’s contract management software, Contract Insight, provides system users with a searchable contract repository that makes finding information easy.  When contracts and related documents are stored on shared drives it becomes difficult to find the correct document version and contract details because of limited searching capabilities and no audit trails.  A searchable contract repository provides full transparency into document versions, updates, and related documents.

It is imperative to have proper communication methods in place in order to achieve contract management success.  One communication method is often not enough for a business to complete all tasks effectively as each one requires a specific type of communication.  Email is common for general business communication, followed by phone and sometimes text for more urgent situations. But, when working with a contract management software system filled with content like contract records, file names, account numbers, and more, it can be useful to have direct communication within the system to easily share links and refer to specific areas of the system. 

CobbleStone announces its newest release of Contract Insight™ Enterprise Edition Version 17.3.0. Building upon the success of Version 17.2, CobbleStone has included new, smart features throughout multiple modules in the system, and has improved overall capabilities and usability. Users of Contract Insight™ should take advantage of the system update. Upgrading to smarter features will make for superior contract management processes.

CobbleStone Software’s User Conference was on November 7^th, 8^th, and 9^th in Philadelphia, PA.  CobbleStone clients and other attendees enjoyed three days filled with demo sessions, small group Q&As, inspirational guest speakers, and engagement with CobbleStone representatives.  Clients collaborated with other Contract Insight™ users to leverage ideas for optimizing how they use the system.  It was an information-packed experience our clients were able to take back to their team to improve their organization’s contract management strategy.
