Begin by logging into Contract Insight and locating the file you want to use within the Files & Attachments area of your contract record screen. Then, click on the Document Toolbox icon.
Next, select “Upload to Cloud App.” From there, pick the “OneDrive 365” option.
You can then see your uploaded file within your Microsoft OneDrive.
Click on the file, and it will open as an online MS Word document. If the file downloads to the desktop edition, please check your OneDrive settings.
Now, you can leverage the native MS Word 365 features like Editing and Reviewing for cloud contract collaboration.
After that, you can share your document with others.
From the perspective of the stakeholder with whom you shared the document, they will receive an email with the information below. The button in email launches online collaboration into motion.
If preferred, users can also open in MS Word Desktop App with an AutoSave option. Once the document is opened in the Desktop version, collaborating stakeholders can see editing parties listed.
